

Cooking with Z is one of my favorite moments of the day.
Ironic because I HATED cooking and I never knew how to make anything. Now that I have a kid, everything changed. We cook together all the time! And now I love it. Obviously, I cook with no salt as most of you already know this. SIN SALE! ahaha He eats enough salt when we eat out so when we cook at home we cook without it. Honestly, everything tastes so much better and most foods already naturally have salt in them so no need for it. Tonight we made pizza. It is our 109th time making it and most of the time I share the experience with you all through my instastory because I like to promote positivity and I hope that if you have kids at home you can enjoy this beautiful experience.
Z is fluent in Italian and in English and I seriously learn Italian from him now. So sad. He walks me through all the ingredients and teaches me how to pronounce things properly. ahaha The video up soon on my youtube channel.
It’s a very simple recipe with ingredients that you most likely already have and if you have a kid cook with them! It’s so much fun, they love it and it makes it a fun experience for the both of you. Not to mention the memories… they will remember these moments for the rest of their lives. I never cooked with my mom. It was more her preparing dinner and us eating and the whole thing was just stressful which made me a very picky and terrible eater.
It only takes about 20 minutes to prepare and it is absolutely delicious!!

WHAT YOU NEED:
- Pizza Dough – Thin Crust; (I have also tried the thick which is also very yummy but heavier)
- 1 small-medium onion, sliced;
- Cherry tomatoes;
- Fresh mushrooms;
- Spinach;
- Black Olives;
- Sliced Pepperoni;
- Pesto;
- Pizza sauce;
- 1 package of shredded Cheddar cheese;
- 1 package of shredded mozzarella;
WHAT TO DO:
- Take the dough and unroll your pizza.
- First add the cheese and then your favorite toppings.
- Bake in the oven at 325F.
- Wait 10-13 minutes.
- Serve it & enjoy!

Cucinare con Z è uno dei momenti più belli della giornata.
Ironica la cosa visto che non mi è mai piaciuto cucinare e non sapevo fare nulla.
Oggi cucineremo per la 109esima volta la pizza.
E’ una ricetta davvero semplice con ingredienti che potete trovare già nella vostra dispensa anche perch solitamente faccio così, uso quello che ho a disposizione oppure quello che ha a disposizione Amazon Fresh. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti per preparare il tutto.
E’ facile da preparare, facile da cucinare e soprattutto facile da mangiare. LOL!

COSA SERVE:
- Pasta sfoglia per la pizza;
- Cipolla, tagliata;
- Pomodorini;
- 1 tazza di funghi freschi;
- Spinaci;
- Olive;
- Salame piccante a fette;
- Pesto;
- Salsa alla pizzaiola;
- Formaggio Cheddar;
- 1 mozzarella;
COSA FARE:
- Prendere la sfoglia e srotolarla nella teglia.
- Condire a piacimento.
- Cuocere in forno.
- Attendere per circa 10-13 minuti.
- Servire in mezzo alla tavola & enjoy!
