Every Tuesday a cooking class is held in Riccione at one of the best restaurants- Brasserie. Last Tuesday after Rome I had the opportunity to enjoy a class there. It was such a great experience… Italian music blasting, everyone smiling and laughing together as they learn to make these incredible dishes by top chefs… it was beautiful. The best part is they make all the cocktail drinks and food that is served at the restaurant and lay them out to eat & drink while we cook. If you know me… then you know I did more eating than cooking fo sheez! It is definitely top in cooking, with excellence in food, and very researched dishes. I learned how to make cozze alla marinara con gnocchi, cozze aglio e prezzemolo, Brasserie bread, sashimi, and tartare! After we sat at a long table drank wine, champagne, ate all the dishes we made, and had lots of yummy dessert. Til’ next time…. yum yum.
